Rick Peterson & Associates (RPA) is a 28-year-old national firm headquartered in Houston, TX. The firm specializes in executive recruiting for the brokerage industry. Rick Peterson is the President of RPA. He specializes in high level managerial searches, as well as large individual producers and specialty teams.
